Summer has finally arrived in SUNNY Bournemouth!

We hope you are all enjoying the sunshine that has finally arrived in Bournemouth. We certainly are! The sunshine seems to have had a positive effect all over the board with both our sales and letting teams… we have been achieving record breaking targets in both areas and have very happy landlords and vendors.

There have been so many fun events taking place over the last few weeks in the town and along the sandy beaches which have attracted thousands to the coast!

We were privileged to be able to witness the first ever pier jump on a motorbike at the first FREE Bournemouth Wheels Festival. The Wheels Festival is planned to return after such a great success next year from 29th-31st May 2015! Forget Monaco – Bournemouth is now the place to come! The event covers the whole weekend and has plenty to keep all members of the family entertained…with high energy events across the town and seafront – from beautiful historic and classic cars to world class BMX stunts, Monster Truck parades and supercars. Watch speed demonstrations from F1 cars, explore inside amazing vehicles and marvel at skateboard stunts and motorcycle displays. There are also plenty of food and drink stalls…

Not forgetting the highly anticipated Bournemouth food and drinks festival that arrives this weekend… which will feature three distinctive food markets: a ten day Street Food Festival(20 – 29 June), a three day Farmers and Producers Market (27– 29 June) and a three day World Food Market (20 – 22 June)… check out the website for more detailed information http://www.bournemouthfoodanddrink.co.uk

Who can avoid the World Cup 2014 has started, we are writing this blog on the evening of England’s second match against Uruguay… so all the team have our fingers crossed that we will make it through to the next round! Especially with our local lad Adam Lallana who grew up in Bournemouth. COME ON BOYS!!!

Although we do have a slight confession…. the MK team have become HUGE FANS of CASA BRASIL on Old Christchurch Road .. The Brazilian Rodizio / Bar … incredible service, incredible food… fabulous atmosphere (especially the Brazil matches) they are showing all of the games… plus you may have to show your RED CARD to stop the constant flow of meat! Great value for money… 10/10 ***** www.casabrasilrestaurants.co.uk

Not forgetting to mention in our ‘event news’ that the Bournemouth Pier has had a major re vamp, in fact even the locals are impressed… The pier theatre was transformed into a £2 million indoor adventure area set to attract hundreds of thousands of visitors… “Rock Reef”. As we speak EVERMORE Property Services are in the process of developing the Bournemouth Zip wire that will allow people to zip wire from the pier over the water and on to the beach and will be a HUGE tourist attraction and we will certainly be first in the queue!

FINALLY We are pleased to announce the MK girls ran the race for life on Sunday 15th June , hitting 101% of their target and raising a whopping £606 for cancer research UK. Well done ladies!
