Mark has been working within the estate agency industry for almost a decade after graduating from Buckinghamshire University with a degree in Sports Science and Psychology. When he left university he was keen to pursue a career in his home town of Bournemouth, in a customer facing environment, taking advantage of his social and sales attributes.
Mark started his Estate Agency career with a local corporate company; which provided extensive training and first insights into the industry. As a tenacious sales person and keen to develop, he later took up an opportunity to experience the other side of agency in a large established independent company covering Bournemouth and Poole. During his time there he expanded his own knowledge into lettings, creating the link between the lettings and sales market that is essential in ensuring maximum sales values and rental yields can be achieved.
Still living locally, Mark enjoys getting out and about on his bike especially heading over towards Hengistbury Head, playing football when he can or getting onto the golf course and is a member of Parkstone and Queens Park Golf Club.
With her family background in property development, Dania has grown up sharing a huge passion for property. Her main skill falls within the sales department having started her career at a young age in a high pressured, target driven, sales environment which she thrives off.
Dania is a highly motivated, driven sales person with a proven track record of success, having proudly achieved NUMBER 1 Sales Representative countless times in the past against hundreds of competitors.
She has built a fantastic reputation within the industry, delivering an outstanding efficient service to all of her clients and is always willing to go the extra mile.

Hannah has worked within the Sales and Lettings industry for the past 8 years having predominately worked within independent Estate Agency. She started her career with a town centre agent, within a short period, was promoted to the Head of Lettings and shortly after that a Branch Partner, looking after both residential Sales and Lettings. Hannah is ARLA qualified and prides herself on exceptional levels of customer service and care. She has worked for several multi-property landlords for many years who have remained loyal to her, for her organisational skills, care, and attention to detail missing from so many other agents.
Hannah studied Psychology at university, and was previously a Personal Shopper for a large national fashion retailer.
Living locally, Hannah has excellent knowledge of the area, and spends her spare time walking her dog, the occasional bit of baking and spending time with her family and friends.
Having been part of MK Estates for a short while now, Emily has really proven herself within the sales team and you only have to see this by the feedback and testimonials she regularly receives. Being able to relate & form a trusting relationship with her customers is one of Emily’s strong points whilst dealing very well with challenging situations working through them the best she can.
Before joining the team Emily previously worked at another local estates agent within a lettings and sales admin role but realised that she wanted more of a challenge and to gain more knowledge within the industry. Combining her previous experience and new position she is set to go far at MK Estates.
Emily has also recently purchased her own property and has been able to use her experiences through this process in her now day to day role as a sales negotiator.
Outside of work she enjoys walks with her French bulldog Wilson and spending time with her partner who also works within the construction industry.
Suzanne has worked with internationally leading corporate companies in both London and Bournemouth over the past 10 years in various roles including property manager, office administrator and negotiator. Her specialised area is in both the Lettings and Property Management field however her day to day role also includes aspects of marketing the business and the general running of the office.
Suzanne took a break from her career in agency few years ago to travel South East Asia and Australia and upon returning to the UK studied for her ARLA qualification meaning she is now an ARLA qualified member of the team. Suzanne assisted MK Estates from the very conception idea of the company- to recruiting staff members.
From a family with background of property development and construction, she is a local girl at heart and has grown up learning the ropes of the industry and knowing the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch areas like the back of her hand. In her spare time she is a keen runner, enjoys working out at the local gym, trying new cuisines and socialising with her friends.
Of South-African descent Dee is Mk Estates financial co-ordinator and block manager.
Dee has extensive experience in financial, managerial and project management roles. Her previous achievements include running an international Import and export company, product manager for Siemens headquarters, various managerial roles and of course being a mother to her lovely daughter Shannon.
Dee has been a ‘local’ lady for the past 8 years, she speaks two languages and in her free time she is a keen traveller.
Rob is new to the sales and lettings industry but nonetheless is keen to get to grips and gain experience. Rob has vast experience in retail and offers excellent customer service and will always make sure you’re thoroughly looked after whilst interacting with us here at MK Estates.
Rob has just finished his A-levels at Corfe Hills School and instantly got stuck in with us, taking to the role of lettings negotiator well in his stride and is learning new things every day to further his knowledge in the field.
Being the youngest member of the team, Rob mainly enjoys spending time with friends and playing a range of sports outside of the workplace. He is now however ready to knuckle down and progress with us here at MK estates.
Lucy is new to the sales and lettings industry but nonetheless is keen to get to grips and gain experience. Lucy has vast experience in retail and offers excellent customer service and will always make sure you’re thoroughly looked after whilst interacting with us here at MK Estates.
Lucy has creative A-levels from studying at Ferndown Upper School and instantly got stuck in with us, taking to the role of lettings negotiator well in her stride and is learning new things every day to further her knowledge in the field.

Dallas has been with MK for nearly 1 year as a Property Manager. Her background comes from a varied amount of roles over the years, however has previously worked for 2 local estate agents, firstly as a property administrator and more recently as a Property Inspector. Dallas prides herself on excellent Customer Care, tenacity and diligence to”get the job done” and keep all parties happy. She is a people person and enjoys “talking” so this role is perfect for her.
Dallas moved to Poole in 1993 from a Village in Surrey where she grew up. She attained 5 O Levels and 7 CSE’s at School, which was quite brainy back in the day. She decided to go back to college at the grand old age of 42 to gain an Access to Health & Social Care Diploma which was meant to lead on to University and a Degree as a Social Worker. Unfortunately the Tutors at College informed her that she would have to be at University for 6 years, plus personal circumstances led to her being unable to go.
Dallas moved to the Bournemouth from Poole in 2016 and much prefers this area as there is always something going on. She is a plane geek and loves flying and would like to take her Pilots Licence. She enjoys listening to live bands and spending time with her family of 3 grown up children plus 2 grandchildren and 1 on the way. She also has 2 Dogs, Mowgli and Nelly and a cat called Scat.
Ronnie is the office dog based at Holdenhurst Road, an 18 month old Dachshund. In his spare time he enjoys exploring the local area especially Hengistbury Head, beaches and clifftops at Southbourne and the area of beach between Branksome and Sandbanks.
You’ll often see him out with the team delivering leaflets or asleep under our Lettings Managers desk. When he’s not working hard Ronnie is at home with his owner, Mark, our branch manager. Work hard, bark harder.
